Norwegian regulations for animal welfare are considered among the strictest in the world. When the food is produced in Norway, you can be sure that the production follows strict requirements regarding both animal health and animal welfare.
Low use of antibiotics
Norway is one of the countries with the lowest use of antibiotics in livestock production. Studies also show that the incidence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in Norwegian food and in Norwegian livestock herds is low.
Use of the whole animal
